1. Digital Access Fulfillment

Since the course is a digital learning product, access is granted instantly upon successful completion of the ₹499 fee via Razorpay. Your 10-digit phone number and 4-digit PIN unlock all 6 modules immediately on both our Android app and website.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want every student to be satisfied with their learning experience:

• If you face any genuine technical issue accessing the course that our support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• In the event of accidental duplicate payments (multiple deductions for the same student registration), the excess amount will be refunded automatically or upon request.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 working days according to standard banking timelines.
