Welcome to AL-BADER. By enrolling in our Holy Quran Tajweed Course or using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered

AL-BADER provides digital Islamic educational resources, including:

• Holy Quran Tajweed comprehensive video lessons and Malayalam study notes.
• Authentic daily Adhkar, Dhikr, Duas, Madrasa study guides, prayer times, and Qibla tools.
• Lifetime access to course chapters for a one-time enrollment fee of ₹499.

2. Student Account & Access

• Access is granted using the student's registered 10-digit mobile number and self-chosen 4-digit PIN.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential.
• Course access is intended for personal Islamic educational use.

3. Payments & Pricing

The enrollment fee is ₹499 (INR) for lifetime access. All transactions are securely conducted via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

All course videos, Malayalam notes, infographics, and app assets belong to AL-BADER and the respective scholars/instructors. Unauthorized re-uploading, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
